In Dead Cells at 4:36, after the player reads GIT GUD on the wall, he says "must be some sort of incantation." I'm pretty sure this is referencing the origin of the term git gud. It was used in forum posts where new players would ask the community for the best way to kill a boss, but the only way to win would be to git gud. So in this piece of dialogue, the character from Dead Cells is acting like a new player and thinking that git gud is some kind of OP spell to win the game easily.

There was a reference you missed in Enter the Gungeon: the Forge lady on the 5th floor has a chance to say the dialogue: "Forge I can. Strong, I am. Hehe, just kidding" or something very similar and that's a reference to the giant blacksmith in Anor Londo

A bit late but there is also ds easter egg in Guacamelee 2 where one of the chests turn into mimic complaining about everyone hitting it and calls you chosen undead chicken. There is also one in Hatoful Boyfriend (pigeon date sim) where one of the characters says 'wish I could be so grossly incandescent'

You can't actually read it in League of Legends, but in League of Legends: Wild Rift, that gragas skin states that he's a cleric who's devoted to the sun.

Lol also had an "URF" buff read "this unit can traverse the abyss"
