Here’s a theory: What if Ganondorf was never alive but was dead from the beginning of the breath of the wild timeline, more on timelines if you keep reading, so the only “Ganon” they know about is calamity ganon which would arrive every few hundred years with out stopping. Basically, there is a cycle of the events of “Calamity Ganon” which takes place every few hundred years where the hero of time, Link, must stop the calamity from completely taking over hyrule. Now the reason there is no Ganondorf that link or Zelda might know is because of the alternate timelines that begin after the events of ocarina of time, which begins at least 3 different timelines. Now in this Adult link timeline or as we call it breath of the wild we see that Calamity Ganon is the “Ganondorf” of this timeline. And because Ganondorf hasn’t been sealed by the green hand, also known as the Zonai Hand of all the Zonai spirits(just a theory), hasn’t sealed Ganondorf’s malice.... or should I say Demise the Demon King? That’s right in the first game Demise was a being that placed a curse on link and Zelda as well as being the reincarnation of Ganondorf himself, so maybe this timeline was supposed to have a time before link and Zelda, or maybe just Zelda, was not around and that the Zonai defeated Ganondorf and tried to seal his malice...... I don't know is it on purpose but the song what they are singing is a Hungarian phrase "Hallóttad őt? Most őt is hallod." It translates to "Did you hear him(/her)? Now you can hear him(/her) too." And it is louder right after the "Help us" whisper.

I'm guessing that ghostly hand might actually belong to Ganondorf. What if he's been trying to hold his own body at bay this entire time? We know Demise has been possessing him time and time again.. Maybe Ganondorf has finally realized he can't defeat Ganon(Demise) without Link's help and the very end of the trailer? Ganondorf is giving Link his powers. He's lending the hero aid so the curse can be, at last, broken.

My theory is the golden hand in the prophecy is the same one holding down the creature from full power. I think this is Ganondorf and the calamity was his power(malice) unleashed to kill off the champions and the new hero link. So that hand is holding his power in from fully developing and that’s the ancient hero. He hid his power away be a use ganon was too powerful. The master sword wasn’t needed because he was fighting hatred in the form of ganon, not ganon in the form of hatred.👍👍

@@Gem69420 honestly, i often find that when you reverse a song and find hidden lyrics it's a lot of interpretation, but here for once i think it sounds like a whisper that says quite clearly "help us please" (the sentence that is said when we have a zoom of the two characters as if the voice is speaking to them, coincidence? I don't think) and then i wouldn't be surprised if nintendo hides hidden lyrics in their trailer, i mean in the original trailer the music seems reversed, and that seems important, it makes sense to me that nintendo knew people would reverse the music to see if there would be any hidden lyrics so they slipped in one that doesn't spoil anything but accentuates the dark atmosphere of the game + they already did a reverse hidden message in the BOTW trailer with "the legend of zelda : breath of the wild" so, not the first time

@@Gem69420 after the voice is a whisper and the music behind and it's difficult to hear it correctly, we can do all the interpretations we want nothing is officially confirmed so you are no less right than me, but personally I repeat it, the phrase "help us please" a lot of people have heard this phrase and with context, it makes the most sense even if yes when you hear the voice say "help" there is a kind of deep breath (sorry if this is not the right word) so the word is not very understandable
