I dont mind really. Its somehow a problem that happens twice- If you do all the sidequests and are tanked out the boss should be harder and more fun, this also happens in botw, but idk

Admittingly it was literally the best part of your play through. Seeing your struggle shows the viewers how difficult it can be when all the masks are not collected. Fierce Deity’s Mask is OP, thanks for showing us a proper battle with literally NO POTION, FAIRY, MAGIC, and MASKS. The struggle for us in the 64 version was REAL AF but we got it done one way or another. This is your way. :-)

U know what u should have done was beat majora normally first, then fight him again, but with the fierce deity mask. Then u would have seen how easy it was with the mask!

I once did a project in school about the music in majoras mask, specfically about how the music in clock town changes between the days, and also the music for the different phases of the final boss. It was a lot of fun! I also once did a presentation about ocarinas, and brought my own ocarina to school and played it for everyone. I got a really good grade on both of them!

Call me painfully biased, but more and more ppl are learning more and more abt so many things and hearing different songs and realizing all sorts of concepts from tiktok, which it’s literally it’s job as a social media platform which uses audios and discusses such a wide range of things. I actually had to check myself. Majora's mask was at the end of the N64 life cycle so they may have already known what the GameCube looked like for sure. But the original was a gray square with 4 blurry pressure gauges that didn't exactly look like anything.

Honestly majora’s incarnation hopping around everywhere with the shadows making their figure so much more dark and ominous is one of the scariest things I’ve seen in a video game in a LOOONG time.

Thankful for this playthrough! He didn't get all the fairies or pieces of heart but he did what was most important and it was a good run. Also, that was the first time I've seen someone do the entire goron track in the moon. I always stop at the first bridge and walk it as far as I can to get the piece of heart -- I had never actually gone around the curves. It took you a long time to find the masked kid, but it was impressive nonetheless!

i didnt even ever use the great fairy's sword when I got it. It's cool, but I just think the shield is invaluable. Besides, with also getting the fierce deity's mask, everything else becomes irrelevant. it's a design flaw of diety's to be so powerful, but still.

You probably noticed this and might’ve mentioned it at the end before the archive ended, but Saria’s Song/The Lost Woods theme in reverse is very similar to, if not the same as, the Song of Healing! Also, there was a book that Nintendo supported awhile back called Hyrule Historia. I don’t know if they support it still, but at the time it was stated that the Hero’s Shade in Twilight Princess was this Link after he got lost in the woods. In Ocarina of Time it’s stated that any beings other than the denizens of the forests - more specifically adults that get lost in the forest - die and become Stalfos, and that is this Link’s terrible fate. He grows up a tragic hero who never reunited with Navi, his good friend, never returned home to the Kokiri and Saria, or ever saw Zelda again in that lifetime, and eventually wandered that forest aimlessly when it became known as Faron Woods when he’d meet the Hero of Twilight. It’s bittersweet. 😔

Hyrule Hitoria says that the Hero's Shade is the Hero of Time, but it does not say that he died in the lost woods. There is no official source that says he died in the lost woods. Also the Hero's Shade isn't a Stalfos. I'm not really sure why everyone thinks he is, I mean shade is a synonym for ghost, not skeleton. Also we can clearly see parts of his arms, legs, and torso. All of them are very clearly made of ghostly flesh, instead of bone. In fact, aide from the different armor, and him only having one eye, he looks nearly identical to the ghosts of Hylian soldiers seen in Hyrule Castle.
