Great video. Very informative. I like how when comparing the weight you also tell how other stocks with the same capabilities weigh similar. In my search it's usually the same or more with the weight. Same thing with their rails.

Ive found in combination with the US palm grip the swing swivel get caught between the hand and receiver from time to time. Not a deal breaker but definitely annoying for me.

Interesting, and thanks for mentioning that. I hadn't thought about interaction between the sling swivel and the pistol grip. I could see that being a problem with other pistol grips if they're large or angled differently too.

I agree. I've been looking at the PT-1 more closely after having the PT-3 for a while and the PT-1 seems like a better stock overall.

Welp, youtube ate my comment. For your triangle folding stock, try out the Russian pads for them, the thin ones (not the gp-25 pad). I have one on my 104FR and love it.

That's weird. I've been getting a lot more of my comments eaten by KZbin lately too, but I still saw the notification for your first comment. I think it'd be cool to have the triangle stock be a viable choice so thanks, I'll check those out. I saw Custom Arms makes a lot of modifications for the triangle stock that might work well, including an adjustable cheek riser.

@@Feldmutze russiansurplus carries them as the "Russian recoil reducing pad for triangle stocks". If I had a faster upload speed I'd upload a quick 15 second video but I don't feel like eating up my bandwidth for half an hour for basically nothing.

@@Feldmutze Only thing is you have to make sure the drainage holes on your stock are fairly centered. I have two Izzy stocks and one of them had holes that were way off to the side while the other was perfect. Also kinda a pain to install but once it's on it's secure, might be worth experiment with some different nuts than what comes with the pad.

Lift some weights. You also forgot the cool factor of the PT-3 -aside of the functionality, it looks the best out of the other options. If you had an M4 stock it would just look odd like an M4 and an AK had a child.

The stock is a little expensive to use that as a reason to buy it. If you get clapped because you don't train it doesn't matter if you look cool. Also don't be an asshole, go watch a gymbro channel if you're concerned about other people lifting. Cheers man.

I've been on the fence about EFT for a while. It looks great but I tend not to play very many competitive multiplayer games anymore, however I've been thinking about it for a while and I'll probably pick up EFT at some point in the future.

Fenix TK09. I've had it for years and I think it's since been discontinued. It's decent but it's something I'll be replacing eventually.

What pistol grip is that? Looks slick!

Custom Arms AG-74. It's a very comfortable pistol grip except for the grip angle which is more pronounced than on your normal AK pistol grip which isn't so great. I've been looking into an XTech pistol grip which I'll have a video on probably next week.

Where do you get your zenitco parts from in the US?

I bought most of mine through IvanTactical, they ship from Russia and are relatively quick (~3-5 weeks every order) in my experience. If you're looking for a retailer selling them inside the US you could buy them through AKStuff. Their prices on everything are generally a little higher but if you're only buying 1 part it works because then shipping is way less than from Ivan or other Russian sellers.
