Is it the video or the game that's glitching with the voices. Anyway, I'm glad Zhu Yuan and Miyabi have chosen to trust Belle and Wise, even knowing that they're Phaethon and Carole Arna's students. I guess we can say that "Episode I" has concluded, and soon "Episode II" will provide further truths, such as the identities of our true enemy and of this "Creator"

some VAs didn't get to audition for this update due to some complications, hoyo themselves said this, i'm not sure what it's about specifically.. but i have heard of a bunch of voice actor layoffs in the industry recently, could be something related to that? i'm not sure, you can check the patch notes to see a statement form hoyo apologizing for some characters not having voices.
