Still useful video in 2023. Loving my 10x! Also I find it amazing that you got so much across in 6 minutes in a SINGLE take. Well done

If you fold the stem down you will find 2 small metal grub screws that tighten against aluminium that wears down and is the stem creek noise . Tighten them a little and it goes away . Also put a dab of thick grease right where they rub !

Good info for the 10X owners out there, thank you. I love the K-wheel damper on mine.

First tip. Get rid of those skinny stock tires and buy the aftermarket street tires. Then, replace that narrow handlebar with a wider mountain bike carbon fiber bar. Makes all the difference in the world

Great info bruda - we woulda like to see up close to get an exact visual on the bolts you were discussing but still appreciate the sharing :) cheers

i use the electronic brakes for the most part, theres very little need to brake really hard except for emergencies. its a good way to preserve the actual brakes and its components.

These are more like maintenance reminders and not the issues. Brake bleed is quite common, and often needed out of the box, specially for rear brakes, since the more you fold the stem the more rear brake cable bends and creates unwanted pressure and air bubbles. And well bolts should be checked all the time and every few rides.

One thing i find out when buying an escooter. Don't trust that it is installed properly and screw are screwed in properly. And don't trust they bleed your brake properly and ready to go.

It would be a good idea to move up to 3" tires rather then the 2.5's.

I also have a 10x,you did cover in general the tightening of front and back end.The fasteners that hold the top of each shock should be paid special attention too, they back off easily due to the forces of course but the top of those shocks coming loose and dropping onto the tires is a world of hurt in the blink of an eye,I use heavy loctight to hold these in.

My 8mm stem bolt was also loose, I caught mine brand new out of the box though setting it up and got the right advice from the place I ordered. The heavy duty clamp is also a must, I agree. Living in UK waterproofing with silicon is also advisable.
