Lekin Sir aap ne Jo dip diet introduce Kiya hai us se diabetes acha control hota hai agar Sahi dang se follow kare jaisa Aapne bataya, 6 Saal hogaya muje koi medicine nahi. Acha Kiya atta bhi agaya

@@vlalvani आप गूगल भी कर सकती हो।पूरा डिटेल्स मिलेगा। नाश्ते में 3 से 4 प्रकार के फल 12 बजे तक खाना है। आपके वजन का 10 गुना। अगर 60 वजन है तो 600 ग्राम फल । लंच और डिनर में दो प्लेट रखना है। प्लेट 1 सलाद , कोइ भी 3 से 4 प्रकार के सब्जी जैसे खीरा, गाजर, टमाटर, सिमला मिर्च, बिट्स। आपके वजन का 5 गुना, अगर वजन 60 किलो है तो 300 ग्राम सलाद खाना है। सलाद खत्म करने के बाद आपका जो भी खाना है वो प्लेट 2 के रूप में सिर्फ़ शाकाहारी भोजन लेना है।

Millets are superior to every grain. And millets don't have gluten or lectins. Millets do not cause sugar spike,it should be used according to standard procedure to get max health benifits

देखिये कोई भी भीगी चीज़ समय रहते खत्म करनी होती है। अन्यथा खराब हो जाती है। हाँ, भिगो हुई चीज़ को आप अच्छी तरह धूप में सुखाकर आप आटा बना सकते हैं । बिना भिगोए डारेक्ट पिसकर आटा बनाते हैं वह भी ठीक है क्योंकि बाद में तो रोटी के दौरान पक ही जाएगा।
