Are the burgers dry? They look dried out and I can’t choke down dried out food. I really want to make these though. What temp do you cook the burgers to. 165? Thanks so much!

Not dry at all. 370 degrees for approx 12 minutes

Higher fat is better. You can get Keto buns. Plus I put a piece of cheese on it. The more fat the better. Lost a ton of weight. Over 6 inches on my waist.

I had some gloves like that and found out if you wet Your hands some it will keep the gloves on your hands better.
