@@SuperMet It's completely worth it! At first I felt it was too clunky along with the Monarch rear shock I installed, but after a few dozen km's with both (and much tinkering with the Monarch) I can't recommend either of them enough. Super smooth on the road and puncture-savers on the sidewalk.

I have my magura mt5e brake set but I would like to know how you did to change the banjo that was on the inner side of the brake to the outer side. I understand that you have to buy the banjo kit. With the bolt by chance you will have a link where I can get them to install them to my brake system I would appreciate it very much I hope you help me with that Thank you very much I am already subscribed to your channel

@@SuperMet What kind of front brake caliper bracket did you use? I have Vsett 10+ but I see that everyone uses the rear bracket for the Zero 10x. Thanks for your help! 😎

On the 10+ I am unsure. I will find out for you tomorrow as I’m with the uk importers for Vsett. The rear on my 10x I used an 11x mount and it’s a direct fit but need to check for the 10+ as it maybe different.

@@SuperMet I'll be grateful 🙏🏻 it seems no one has installed Magura brakes with 160 mm rotors on a Vsett 10 before, so I just don't know what brickets I need... I guess, I can find everything else in some bike shop?

Ok, front caliper is direct fit. The rear needs the 11x adaptor which you can buy on AliExpress cheaply. The Magura setup will then bolt on without issue. I hope this helps!

Hello, quick question.... Did you have to change the brake lines to replace the brakes. Or were you able to use the factory cables used on the factory brakes?

Brake lines had to be replaced as well but they’re included in the kit. It’s simple to tape them onto the old ones and pull them through the body of deck and up the stem. Thanks for watching. Please like and sub. Ride safe!

Hi, I haven’t actually done it without but I believe so. Only issue will be the motor/s aren’t cut when you pull the brakes and I think you’ll have no brake light as you need the switch on the levers. I hope this helps! Oh and Magura are awesome! You’ll love em’. Sub and like please 👍🏼

Yes I do, 25% front and 75% rear

@@SuperMet When do you apply the front? I have the OEM of the zero 10x with only the cheap cable operated brakes for now. Waiting on the magura mt5e to get to me. I originally had the juin tech m1 hydraulic cable operated brakes but didn't fit the rear so only install in the front.

I normally use both to balance the scooter. It stops much faster with both applied. I have the MT5e brakes on the zero. Really good brakes! So really use front a lot but very lightly as it will easily lift the rear up off the ground with heavy front braking. Ride safe! Please sub and 👍🏼

Yes rear first for sure. The Magura is very progressive, so you can lightly pull both with no issues. If wet I go back much more. Rear brake is always safer and more fun! Front dangerous when pulled hard for sure
