蓬鬆馬來糕(食谱)
A 材料
250克 麵粉
180克 黑糖
1小匙半 酵母
半小匙 鹽
B 材料
3粒 A蛋
180克 淡奶
C 材料
1小匙 泡打粉
1小匙 小蘇打粉
4大匙 玉米油
D 材料
少許 瓜子仁
首先將A材料混合搅拌均匀才加入淡奶和鸡蛋,在搅拌的过程中必须确保面糊是
幼滑无颗粒状后再用过滤器过滤一次后静至发酵1小時半双成倍大,在等面糊发
酵时我们準備8寸不鏽鋼蒸籠將鋪上,麵糊發酵成雙倍大後將小蘇打粉和泡打粉
篩麵糊表面輕輕攪拌,加入玉米油後攪拌至均勻後把麵糊倒入提前準備的不鏽鋼
蒸籠裡在表面撒上瓜子仁,水燒開後中大火蒸至35分鐘就可以了,謝謝

可能是用了不合适的酵母,发酵时表面没起大泡泡也没发成二倍大,请问您用的是什么牌子的酵母?成品的气孔好像受到了一点影响,没视频中那么大。但即使是这样,成品还是甜度适中,软嫩q弹。不会甜得发腻,也不会发苦。建议大家不要减少油量,现在的油量是恰到好处的,糕点非常油润细腻,吃完嗓子不会发干。珍姐,你做糕点真的很有一手!感谢。

我用的是袋鼠牌酵母,用不完的酵母,密封放λ冰箱保存l。這現象可能是酵母的問题,可把发酵時問再加至30分钟左右。是的,成品的比列。也是我多年累积的经验。‘❗很高兴能迎合大家的囗味。
