今天和大家分享马来糕的做法。这是一款蒸制而成的蛋糕,口感松软又湿润,吃多了也不怕上火呢。马来糕的做法很简单,而食材分成干和湿。湿的就是淡奶和鸡蛋之类的,而干的就是粉状的食材。简单来说就是把先把湿材料搅拌均匀后再慢慢加入干材料,发酵再蒸熟就好了。做法虽然简单,不过还是有几个需要注意的事项。
马来糕起源传说
传说马来糕是在英国殖民期流传入马来西亚,原本是一款用烤的海绵蛋糕。但由于当时物资比较匮乏,所以就将原本的食谱修改成比较符合当地口味和做法的蛋糕。而我们现在吃的港式马来糕又是香港点心师傅修改后的马来糕。
