Coming from Singapore, my granny will also make prawn stock with the leftover prawn heads with pork bones. Serves with noodles, fishcakes, bean sprouts, prawns, pork slices, prawn oil and lastly with fine chilli flakes.
Know about your shrimp oil but you spend more than 2 hours to making a single portion noodle with that kinda of slicing skill......or even more. No thank you there's alot more efficient ways thou... but that oils comes in handy for sure.
