I'm watching this in 2024. Thank you for the easy to follow instructions. I just made soy milk but I have no flour or anything else, so I can't make the bread today. yes, it should be ok to use gluten free flour, but the bread may be not as fluffy as normal flour. or maybe you can add a little bit baking powder for it
