Hi Ricky & Jacky, Question: Is 𧎚頭油 in English the same as shrimp paste with soya bean oil？ I only find shrimp paste with soya bean oil, I do not find shrimp oil alone. What are the differences between 𧎚頭油, 蝦頭膏and Tom Yum Paste. I guess Tom Yum Paste is hot & Sour, and I follow your recipe to make with 粉絲， love it, thanks!
