Youtiao/ Deep-Fried Dough Sticks
炸油条/油条 不加鸡蛋、牛奶和明矾和面，还原大街上卖的油条的味道，新手也能100%成功的油条做法。
配方 Ingredients :
All-purpose flour 350 g 2 + 1/2 cup 普通面粉或中筋面粉350克
Vegetable oil 15 ml 1 tbsp 油15毫升
Room temperature water 240 ml 室温水240毫升
Instant yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
Baking powder 5 g 1/2 tbsp 无铝泡打粉5克
Salt 5 g less 1 tsp 盐5克
Vegetable oil 7 ml 1/2 tbsp 油7毫升
Vegetable oil for frying
