I have owned a Ducati 1098 Streetfighter... and it was awesome, but very expansive to maintain and service. I have ridden the Z-H2...and all I can say is...WOW... Kawasaki has put a lot of work into the design of this bike and it shows in every area... My choice... Kawasaki Z-H2 any day...

I just sold my ZR 1000 and got myself a 2021 Ninja 1000 SX SE... I love the 1043 engine... and of course, I work for Kawasaki Australia...so I have a choice of any Kawasaki...😁

In terms of jobs you could have, that sounds like a pretty bloody good one! I sat on the 1000 SX not too long ago actually, big difference in terms to your previous bike! How do you find that high seat on the Ninja?

@@Kwackajack not too bad in height considering that I am short...(1.65m) The new seat is very comfy compared to the previous model and the passenger seat is just as good. My overall impression of the Ninja is really good... you get a lot for the price. Quick shifter (up and down), corner stability control, traction control, power modes, rider mode, cell phone connectivity, ETC... Its just an awesome bike for all types of riding and riders...

@@mrkawasaki496 nice, cool job! I had the z1000. Loved the engine and look but didn't gel with the bike. I felt the tank area to be massive and intimidating. I had a versys 650 that was a gem in every way but looking for more power sometimes. Wasn't the best looking bike either lol. How does the ninja 1000 compare to the z1000?

I bought the zh2 since its in my opinion more comfortable riding position for casual riding and it was cheaper. Where I live I bought a brand new 2022 for 18,000

Flash a Z H2 and it's not even the same power category anymore lol, the same cannot be said of the Duc. SFv4 for the vein, Z H2 for the riders.

I also put a slip on right after I bought it and it lightened the bike slightly and it sounds way better. Both bikes though are amazing, love your comparisons, keep doing great my friend

I can only give my opinion on the Zh2 because I’ve never ridden the Ducati but I own the Kawasaki Zh2. I chose it over the Ktm super duke because of the calmness when you’re not giving it the throttle, you can ride it hard when you want but traveling around town it’s not jerky or rough to ride. I also love the supercharger sound that you get at 4K rpm and the quick shifter both up and down the gears

Got to test ride a Streetfighter V4 very briefly a few weeks ago, was surprised at how light it was despite looking a bit bulky. Runs smooth (albeit wants you to throttle more aggressively), and turns nicely. Sweet exhaust note also. Hope you get a chance to test ride one as well!

i own V4 so i'm biased. I think it's the best naked bike on the market by a mile. There's no other bike that even comes close. Difference is this. Before owning SV4 i was going around looking for a bike doing test rides and going back to my older bike sad that i have to drive home with my bike not the ones i tested. Now it's the opposite. After test ride finishes, i'm happy i go back to my SV4 do drive home. Ridden most of the nakeds on the market including tuono and super duke 1290 so i know there's nothing better out there...for me ofcourse. I just love my Streetfighter

Ducati looks cool&but Kawasaki is my fist choice it's easy to maintane and it's sound is so sweet and smooth I love that .and finally I will book zh2 in next year

The weight on the Kaw isn't entirely a bad thing. Maybe a stiffer frame ? I have both the ZH 2 and the Duc V4 s. Full exhaust and BST wheels got the weight down to 490 Kaw and 440 Lbs, Duc . ZH 2 does not have steering dampener or "wings" but is more stable at 179 mph than the Duc at 165 mph. Have runs on You tube.

My question to you is which bike is more comfortable I'm old LOL my wrist back and neck beat up on my Hayabusa I want another bike but yeah I want incredible horsepower and that leaves these bikes which bike is the upright and as far as down low power as far as the reviews the Ducati street fighter V4 people say it doesn't have much low in I want tons of low and Grunt and it doesn't have it they say is that true in your experience and which one's more fun to ride basically on the streets in your opinion and finally one thing I'm worried about the Kawasaki supercharger can this engine last with a supercharger without getting burned out the one nice thing I like about the Kawasaki the engine is a low compression engine usually they last longer if you can fill me in on everything I would appreciate it thanks

@@richardcerritelli9657 A supercharged bike is running at lower compression when not run hard on boost. The Duc is high compression all the time. ZH2 more comfortable and the SE version with the electronic suspension dampening is even smoother.

I know the weight is more ion the ZH2, but it feels smaller than the StreetFighter. The ZH2 does look a bit bigger but when riding it, it feels a lot lighter. As far as fuel economy, I can nowhere get 120 miles to a tank. It’s not that I “couldn’t”, it’s that “I” can’t. I always roll on the throttle to feel the TQ and smile. The SF is really wide in the handle bars and sits strange. With that said, the rear sets on the ZH2 do need to be set back and up a bit for my likings. I do corner my ZH2 a lot and have been recently able to get it leaned over to 51 degrees of lean angle to the right and 49 degrees to the left. I’d say thats not to bad.

Got my ZH2 leaned to 56 deg. , which is where the peg feelers touch. About 1/4 inch gone from mine. Turned 70 back in January. 🧙‍♂

I don't want to buy a sissy seat, my old as* starts suffering a little bit, nevertheless, I don't want the old man crawl into me, he tries, and I kick him out. Never stop riding brother. Be safe.

coming from an Mt07 to now a panigale V4 for 2 years, i think i really want to switch to the V4 naked. like the super sport style is cool and all But it Really F***s my body up after the riding and i do miss that more comfy style. really dont know what to do

Street Fighter is a very good bike but it lacks some features that lower segments are having for example cruise control . If you are paying like 27000usd cruise control and heated grips should be standard. Bike likes speed triple, mt-10, s1000r(even has tpms as standard in sports model) are having it. Absence of fuel guage 😢. Panigale is supersports should fuel gauge doesn’t matter but for a naked bike it should be there(it’s manageable for me if not there)

Note: the 2020 ( 1st year ) Kaw ZH2 has 36 mm throttle bodies. They went to 40 mm in 2021. I recently got a 2022 SE version for the suspension upgrade and it IS faster on top end. Best I got on the 2020 was 179 Mph at 5500' altitude. The 1st half ass run on my 2022 got 181 Mph, even with a late start and earlier shutdown. kzbin.info/www/bejne/immni2SPaLKifM0

Kawi is in a class all its own and will always take the Duc, as Kawi can simply increase boost marginally year after year, all the way to 300hp if necessary, to stay on top of the horsepower war.

The Kawasaki bike probably the more comfortable and fun bike on the streets the only thing I'm worried about these reviews it's great and everything fun but what are the implications in the long-term ownership can this engine last with a supercharger and what about the maintenance this is like my version of the hot looking blonde that you're hooking up with sex is great nice to be with her in the short run but what's the implications for a long-term relationship of actually living with her what's the maintenance involved LOL is it 10 years from now with the engine still good or the supercharger cook it.
