I love the air speed indicator.... I would advise to get your solo certificate first before trying to fly one of these....

Can you start the engine in-flight, though? If so, you could fly a VERY long time on that 5 gallons!

The pull cord is just above your head so in flight restart should be easy ...

What would be really nice is a break down type assembly that would make it possible to store in an average garage or small shelter. People just don't have room to store a plane. So would be huge selling factor. .... That I would pay for .....

I'd like to know where the manufacturers get their liability insurance. It doesn't appear to be available in the US.

Can you custom mame a 2 seater side by side or front and back?

$14,500 is getting steep . You can buy a used airplane in that range.

THIS IS IT, No ATP or Blue Aviation, I do not want to work for the airlines at 65 anyway. The noise of the planes is to much for me if you have to wear $1000 dollar head phones. The gliding though takes me to my sailing days. The sound of the water, and the rigging is beautiful, but please no chain saws. But with this type of plane I can do both very well I would imagine . But not the hours long rides you get with a sail plane. I have all ways been interested in this hybrid design and know they can be expensive. I will see.

@@kingkittyrules9020 ..Soo, you dont have any people that throw out junk on the street??....Like old lawn chairs, old lawn mowers, weedeaters and stuff...If you collect some of this...Sell it and go to the metal shop and have some one look at your drawings and have them pick out the metal tubes for you.....One of the main ways to get what you want is ell other people junk....Some body wants it..I guarantee it.....Also, get a ride to your local airpark...Some of the old dudes there will lokk at your drawings and help you out....Dont sit back and say you dont have...You have plenty...Just gotta be a l'il more "ingenious" at getting to the finish line...thats all....Happy flying....BTW, the Wright Bros started w/ nothing but old bicycle parts....

Take-off and stall speed are 2 different animals....At take-off, you tryna break ground..more energy is needed...At stall, you dont have friction...Soo, whatever the headwind is and what ever your airspeed is how much you need to stall....I'm pretty sure its some mathematical formula to explain all this, but, this is the "Cuntry method".....
