She is insane!! I know she gets a lot of plays and views on tracks like this, but at least over here in the Americas, she is still quite underrated in terms of live performance and independent music not attached to another artist, despite being a very strong live vocalist and one of the most successful songwriters of modern music. She is behind some of the most successful pop songs in the past decade or more, and I am hoping people start paying more attention to ALL sides of her!!

I think so too! It's unfortunate. These days for a girl to have a label or billion views, it's not enough to be an incredible artist! If Dua Lipa had her voice, her songs would reach billions in no time. Just saying!

When I was taught breathing in college I was laid down on the floor and had books placed on my stomach and had myself breathe and the books going up and down were the muscles I were supposed to be and utilize those. Another coach told me to imagine myself as a malleable barrel and expand as though I were one near my abdomen and then push all the air up and out when I sing and stretch myself. This performance and her new performance with Kylie Minogue and Tove Lo live of My Oh My are my favorites of hers.

While looking to the version of 'I'm Good' and 'One in a Million' it reminded me my visit in a full packed Opera house in Belgium to listen to the greatest vocalists like Jessye Norman with her imposing but also fragile voice singing Schumann. I was totally overwhelmed by the intensity of each word, each poetic extra... I melt totally away during 'I'm Good' and 'One in a Million' during the Billboard Music Awards. If there once is an occasion and because we followed the almost same studies in the Music Conservatoire (m in Bruxelles), It's my deepest wish to meet you with a rose in my hands, so we can exchange our thoughts about Mozart, Puccini. Sounds maybe a bit childish but the way you flew like an eagle from note to note, I asked myself: Bebe please in heaven's name why did you not combine your classical skill with these those of EDM?

I've had a couple of different singing tutors and one taught to sing pushing out diaphragm and another to push right down into pelvis so I now use both. I think this low breathing causes me to loose my whistle register or being able to control that

OK, they could be saying those things for various reasons. I wouldn't discount them, I don't personally like those anecdotes because I feel like it is really fucki g hard to "breathe low" and sing. We want there to be a release and a hold again but where.... depends on the style of Music but you want very little breath for whistle register. Try breathing very short sharp and high
