TLDR: This is the "birth" of the game's protagonist, who is an organic robot, while the green robot seems to be Harry, a side character who appeared in some previous titles and makes a cameo in this game. This is the intro of the reboot of a beloved but relatively unknown indie game series called Zombotron, which are 2D platformer shooters set in a planet with the same name, which is an abandoned mining colony where everything that could go wrong went wrong, and there are 5 games in total (actually, there are at least 2 other games set in the same universe). In Zombotron 1, you play as a biobot (some kind of organic robot), on a solo-mission and along the way you complete several tasks and challenges. While in Zombotron 2 and Time machine you play as a crashlanded Pilot attempting to survive and escape from the planet, and in some stages of TM you'll encounter hostile biobots of the same model as the protag of the first game. In the some stages of these games the player can find a few pods housing unconscious humanoid beings, which this teaser revealed to be where biobots are made, and that the protagonist of Zombotron Reboot is a recently activated biobot. As for the green robot, that's probably Harry, he's a friendly repair/scavenger robot who appears in some of the games, but usually has small roles.

It's an amazing and informative cinematic, but I think it confuses me a lot, since in Zombotron 2: Time Machime Harry appears in level 3, and it doesn't make sense that here in the cinematic Harry activates the Biobot. I don't know if Zombotron 3 (2019) is cannon or not, but I consider it the initial prequel to everything, and as we know... there chronologically Fina's father is alive, but mainly Harry says that he was found by Fina and reprogrammed. Eres mi idolo Anton, y junto con Alexander.
