Very nice job my man. real easy to understand. I only got tripped up on trying to put the camera down before making the text layer 3D. if you put the camera down before making the text layer 3D, it turns your video black. again, great tutorial!

you could do right click on your tekst > create maks from text copy the character masks onto an image so that the fill/texture of your text is your title than maybe enlarge your mask into a rectangle that fills the complete image.

This is, too, happening to me but with a still image. The camera goes through the text no problem, but as soon as it crosses the masked text, I get a black screen instead of the view staying with the camera. Any insights creator?

Adjust the X or Y value of the camera position until the camera flies through the text. Then the video will be available instead of the black screen.

tutvid....we have a problem.....after step done in 6:48 minutes, we put a keyframe ( -5 in z axis )...ok, no problem so far..... , but ....when the time line indicator pass through this keyframe , the boton didn´t show my below video .....what is happening in your opinion.....i follow those steps correctly, but , my botom video didn´t appears when the time line pass through the keyframe position -5 ( z axis camera) ......how can i fix this ?

Same thing is happening to me. Once I get to a position the screen becomes black as well. I tried various positions on the Z position, I can made the letters stay on the screen, but can't get the full screen to show.

Michael, I figured it out. The Z position for the camera is very sensitive on the position. On my project, my resolution is 1920 x 1080. I found that the Z position worked best at -18.7. It may vary if you have a different resolution.

This happened to me, too. What it is, is that the camera has to fly through one of the letters, but it hits the back mask. You have to adjust the vertical position as well to make sure it flies through a letter.

You'll want to make sure you shut off the auto-orient feature that I mentioned and also make sure that the text layer has 3D mode turned on.
