‘P’ Mix, ‘B’ Mix, and ‘G’ mix are the official labels of the Past, Bad Future, and Good Future tracks. The OST uses them in the song names, but fan uploads sometimes just use Past, Bad Future, and Good future instead. P = Past, B = Bad Future, G = Good Future.

Thank goodness I wasn't the only one who was peeved that you were listening to the "remastered" versions. They're practically remixes. Tidal Tempest P was robbed of its simplicity and atmosphere imo.

@@DubiousDepthsRadio The remasters are great, but in some cases I think the OG's work slightly better. OG Metallic Madness Past is better to me because it has that more technological vibe (that's the only way I can think to describe it) thanks to using the soundchip. But I do prefer the remastered version of Tidal Tempest and, of course, Salad Plain is just the best.

I love the fact that Wacky Workbench is just an Under construction site that is a massive OSHA violation is hilarious. The place is that bad that it was not only build in middle of some ruins, or the fact being squashed works as an elevator sometimes, but also THE FACT THAT THE ENTIRE FUCKING FLOOR IS A HAZARD-

Regarding the two Good Future tracks you listened to, they are actually (around) the exact same! The "G" mix is just how Sonic CD calls its Good Future tracks, but because I suggested the track under its "Good Future" name and DubiousDepthsRadio (a really cool dude) suggested the track under the "G" Mix name, you thought they must've been different. Remember, the present songs are the normal song, the past songs are "P" mixes, the bad future songs are "B" mixes, and the good future songs are "G" mixes. Just had to clear that up! It's okay though, we all got to jam to Wacky Workbench's JP Good Future twice! XD For the next Sonic CD Sonic Saturday, I'll request the water level of the game: Tidal Tempest! It's like a jaded stone temple submerged in water and presents a calm atmosphere safe from erupting volcanoes in the background. Most people hate Wacky Workbench as a level, the music is awesome, but if you played it, or watched someone else play it, you'd understand why. Also, when you see a song titled differently, that's just because the poster of the video decided to title that version of it that. The names of the songs are just the name of the levels they are from.

My recommendation for the next one : the Theme of Starfall Islands from Sonic Frontiers ( it's called just "Theme of Starfall Islands", and you can get it on the official soundtrack from the SEGA topic ). Why ? Because I don't want you to think of Frontiers as just the vocal tracks, the Titan boss themes are amazing, and so are the ending themes, but this OST is very varied, and there's nothing to showcase the feel of the game more than the theme of the setting ! After that, I recommend listening to the character island movements also from Frontiers. There's "Maybe If..." for Amy, "Blood Flow" for Knuckles, "Another Passage" for Tails and "Second Wind" for Sonic. These are also on the SEGA topic, titled like this : "Second Wind - Sonic Mvt." I recommend hearing them all in one video, it'll make sense ! And it's VERY cool to contrast them with the older character themes from the Adventure games.

Itll be a while but if you're planning to keep making these Sonic CD videos then I recommend checking out the "Sonic The Hedgehog - Remix" album as a finale. Its a special 8 song album that remixes most if not all of the games' (JP) tracks and they are all bangers

Having watched Sonic X's theme, you might also find interest in the original 3 american Sonic toon openings; SatAM, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, and Sonic Underground. They're defiantly products of their time, but are beloved by many older fans and live on in our hearts
