It's sad really. Makes me wonder if these teen idols were abused by the ones in power that are in the music/tv industry. It could explain one of the reasons why a lot of these teen pop stars end up being messed up.

Bobby was my. teen heart throb, and what an great role model he was. Thank you Bobby for all the " Peace and Love" and the great memories especially in concert! Sidenote- Marty Ingels comment about the Cassidy boys being supported by all his $$$: I think it was more like Shirley's money. She was way more sucessful than he ever was! My but he was pompous!

How can Marty Ingles say Shaun lived off of him. He was a success by the time he was 19 or 20, married at 21, taking care of his wife and children. I think he was jealous of shaun's success at a early age. His mom didn't marry him till 1979 shaun was already a success. The statement he claimed shaun came back to reclaim his mom. Whay kind of statement is that?

Doesn't seem odd that most every teen idol like David Cassidy, Andy Gibb, Lief Garret, Donny Osmond, Michael Jackson, Willie Ammes, etc end up having something wrong with them? :/? Makes me wonder if the ones in power condition them to be a performer and not being themselves. Family and environment could play a part too.
