I am a feminist, just like my brothers, my father, my mother and most of our friends, and colleagues. And in my world we are doing pretty good. I just had a team of 5 male board members, me being the only woman, saying I shouldn't have had to accept men in another work environment limit me like they did over 10 years ago, according to a story i shared around something i thought was just a minor issue. I thought it was something I just had to deal with. They were appalled. Save to say they are more feminist than I am. It doesn't seem at all like we are destroying eachother all the time. The rhetoric you all use seems to me as if you are living on another planet.

Really, you think so 😂. There are shitloads of female scientists and engineers these days. The minute men finally felt it was time to allow women to educate themselves, they've shown equal skills and talent. The term computer engineer was coined by the woman who computed us to the moon. Astrophysics is a field dominated by women...not that is has to be that way, just saying that shutting down the lights is not going to have women panic. My guy is a lawyer and a rugby player. He is a solid guy but his brain is not wired to fix things where mine is. If things are broken I am in the lead to fix it. Claiming women are incapable of understanding the electricity network is laughable to me.

@TomServo1969 hahaha...that is a vain claim. You think there are no female engineers? A woman computed us to the moon, and there are more female astrophysicist than male now a days. From the moment men finally gave up their petty resistance to let women educate themselves, woman have been outperforming men in many fields. This will probably stabilize at one point, but thinking women will be panicking if the lights go out is laughable. In our house it will be me fixing it for sure. Sorry dude, I know you want to feel better about yourself thinking women are helpless without you. But we are not. We are better with men that stand by our side for sure. But men can no longer claim intelligence, engineering, and mechanics. It was an easy claim to make when women weren't event allowed to educate themselves, but those days are over dude. There are obviously many women who love fixing shit and are pretty good at it. #debunked

I disagree. Men’s manhood is fed by subjugating women so how fragile is that? You should be a man regardless of what a woman is doing with her life. If you have a woman 👩 assume that you chose each other based on your compatibility. The problem I see is men hating women they don’t want or approve of anyway…so you just find a woman that suits your manly agenda. Plenty of women want to be subjugated😅. If you don’t like fat women…don’t pursue fat women. If you don’t like corporate women….don’t pursue corporate women….if you don’t like talkative women…don’t pursue talkative women. Choose your mute and be happy dog. Damn y’all make this so hard. The discovery I’ve made in my unofficial study of males is that men simply cannot experience the bestest get off with women who easily acquiesce to their demands. Men’s ultimate get off is taking the challenging woman for his ego and squashing her autonomy like a bug…and then only then can his toes curl. It’s amazing quite frankly and disturbing.😂

The safetyism issue is insane. A lot of people just can't deal with regular life anymore. What happens when society can't guarantee your "safety" anymore, or those who purport to be keeping you safe turn against you and you don't have the tools to deal with that?

This began happening when I was 12 and it was crazy I got to experience the world like it was the 70s metal playgrounds no guardrails. This was the early 90s. By 2000 everything was either plastic and made for 5 year olds or younger or all McDonald's play places and wooden castle playgrounds disappeared or were severely modified to make them not fun.

@@teonactalpizzaall true, saw those transitions while my sons were growing up. Granted some of those old designs were a little archaic and needed to be safe but they went way way too far.

'Nerfing the world' is so accurate. A mother wants to protect her children from the world, which works well when children are young and vulnerable. A father wants to help his children conquer the world, which works well as they get closer to adulthood.

Yes. I think women pay for it even worse than men. Women have far fewer who will "provide and protect". The lacking of masculinity deprives them the fulfillment of their desires as a woman. Both are greatly harmed, but women lose on both ends 😭

All my friends are feminist (men and women) and we are enjoying amazing lives. What makes you want to think so badly that feminist are unhappy. The few tradwives I have met have been replaced by younger version leaving them in poverty with little to no relevant experience or fulfilment in life. They suffer deeply.

@@MariekePost No modern-day feminists are happy. That is just not true. I am not suggesting Trad wives, in this day and age, are the way to go. It doesn't make much with modern conveniences to handle the household, however, a lot more of those situations are happier than in the modern-day feminist world. They are all deep down miserable and complaining all the time except when they are 'putting on a show' to pretend they are happy for moments in time. You don't need to pretend, we know it's not true

True - everything was better in America from the 50s through the 90s FOR MEN. I survived living with my dad for 25 years. I would never go back to being under a man's thumb. Fortunately girls can thrive in life on their own, achieve, build, and commune with the Most High. God is Great and greatly to be praised.

I see your point, but let me shine some light. Men are talking, and they have chosen two paths; become healthy of mind, body and soul, and to redesign their life so it's full of action, purpose and values. Courts have created an unacceptable risk, and women have outright told men they don't want or need them. Subsequently, men have realilzed that women are not on the menu, so they have to go a different way. They are not destroyed.
