I just made this for the first time tonight, but I also added a can of strained black beans, one-half diced red onion, and a bunch of chopped scallions to help bulk it up a little bit and add some extra protein. It was AWESOME!!!

Enhancement and that is exactly what a good base recipe will inspire in you! Not to have to follow but to spring board and get your creative juices going! She’s great and you are the kind of student I am sure she aspires by inspiring. I too have been an eating educator on healthy foods for years and that is what the real, committed mentor wants, true leaders want their audience to go in and then create their own recipes that can be passed on for generations to come, great additions plus... vegan chicken can also be added to confuse your meat eating friend!

Denver T: Same here. Apparently it’s down to a gene and affects between 13 to 20% of the population. I’d give anything (almost!) to have one opportunity to taste what the other 80% taste, instead of “chemical soap” or something which can’t really be described, but very unpleasant. Fortunately, love parsley. 😑

Just a tip, when using the spiralizer you can turn it about 5 times then backpaddle 2 times and ets, that way it saves you from cutting the noodles, just a thought. by backpaddle I meant turn the handle back a couple of times.

Ali, you're fab, may I ask a quick question... How far in advance might you make this for taking for office lunch? Night before? Or does it not keep well?
@GetInspiralized8 жыл бұрын
It doesn't keep that well because avocado browns after 1/2 a day... so I'd say, make the dressing in the morning and the rest the night before! Hope that helps!

Ali...apparently I have purchased the wrong Ultimate 7 Blade Spiralizer through Amazon as some of the blades in the small instruction manual are listed in millimeter or are identified in abbreviations and ....in watching your Channel, your Spiralizer the blade sizes as single alphabet...is there are a way to interpret or I guess purchase yours since I bought your book and watching your channel?
@GetInspiralized6 жыл бұрын
Hi Randy, the spiralizer used on our channel is the Inspiralizer, the official spiralizer of Inspiralized. The blades on the Inspiralizer are as follows: A -Make thick, wide ribbons. B- Make fettuccine noodles. C- Make linguine noodles. D - Make spaghetti noodles. Hope this helps!
