Alhamdulillah!! Its been 7 days that I'm doing it !!! Ohh, its so effective and quick method to lose fat in hip, belly pouch!!! I had a huge hanging pouch which has shrunked a lot, my hip went almost to the point of what I used to be before my two C-section !! Sorry guys, I didn't have my weight machine near that time, so cant be clear how much weight has been lost, but I guess its 4kilo/8 pounds !! Insh-Allah I will update next from my 76.9 kilo weight which is today!

@@Gamingwithaleezah The most astounding side of Zumba is, I got my result within a very short period of time Alhamdulillah!!! I'm a lot slimmer than before and surprisingly shaped!! I'm not sure if it's correct but I feel my fleshy body turned into shaped, attractive body that actual doesn't match my unmarried slim state before marriage and conception!! It was just slim and fat free, but now it's a lot shapely after doing Zumba regularly!! Subhan-Allah!!

Day 1- completed 14 min today with the weight 72.9 kg. Looking forward to do it again. Day 2- completed 16 min. Want to continue but feeling little pain in abdomen so stopped at 16 min.

This is a very simple workout with easy steps which is why I really like it. I would be updating myself from now onwards. When I started this workout I was 61 kg and rn I am at 59.6 kg ( checked it on day 3 ) Day 1 : Started doing it stopped at 2:36 ( I realised I had 0 stamina ) and then continued the rest with 4 breaks ( for day 2 and 3 my biggest mistake was eating 10 mins before the workout which made it less effective ) Day 2 : stopped at 6:30 n continued with breaks Day 3 : I felt like dying n kept taking breaks after 2 or 3 mins ( weighing 59.6 kg ) Day 4 : stopped at 11:27 ( felt very good and took only 2 breaks ) And thats it, I will keep updating everyday

Our motivation to follow this exercise is just a fun just seven day's challenged first one week of routine we noticed the difference as what our motivation before then 2nd , 3rd and goes to one month... really worth it we like it..Good job..

This works miracle. Within just 4-5days u will get the best results ever I followed no diet, ate everything i usually eat and did the workout once in the evening that too i couldnt do any longer than 20-22 Mins. The results were surprising. Belly fat gets vanished ,body gets toned. Didnt see much improvement for thighs but overall body was toned. Loved this 7 day challenge, looking forward to more such 7 day challenges

I am motivated my actuall weight is 75.7 kg thats mean I am overweight for my 160cm height . I will do it the easy way the exercise with pelvis and hands day 1 done- trouble with the movements with pervis and hands coordinate as the instructor but done it need more work on it day 2 done -still trouble with movments but i slightly improved still keep going day 3 done day 4 done slightly improwments with my belly fat day 5 done only half of the challenge I worked 12h today so I am tired I will continue full work out tomorrow day 6 done full work out done day 7 done full challenge done but I will still be doing this after this day thanks for the fun in this

First time I did this workout I was having some really sharp pains in my stomach but after I did I few different workouts. Came back to this and I don't feel that pain as much now... Wanna complete this workout so today is day 1 I can say. I'll come back with an update.... Edit: Day 2: my upper body is in pain, but no pain no gain right lol.. Day 3: I'm still in pain lol but completed the video today.. I'm having a lot of fun with this workout btw.. Update: totally forgot to keep updating but I did complete the 7 days, I actually went up to 10 days but I did see a change on my tummy.. like the love handles slowly started shrinking down.. but then I started a new program from Chloe ting's videos

@@gawsiya3534 yeppp been doing this for a month...lost 4 inches from the waist...lower belly has considerably reduced. N surprisingly it has reduced overall - 6 kgs healthy way .. also m a girl with thyroid... So it's difficult for us to loose weight that easily but this has definitely eased it.

이 영상보고 음악이 운동을 하게끔 힘을 줘서 시작하게 됐는데 한달 주 5일 꾸준히 했더니 어깨 팔라인이 예뻐지고, 등이 조금 달라졌어요. 아이가 아파 2주 쉬고 다시 4일하고, 다시 아이가 아파 2주 쉬고 ㅜㅜ 이번주부터 다시 시작했는데 확실히 이 운동하면 어깨 팔라인 예뻐집니다. 운동 진짜 싫어해서 걷기 외에 안하는 사람인데 시간 여유 있으신 분들은 오전에 이 운동하고, 오후에는 하체 운동 따로 하면 몸매 예뻐질 것 같아요.

I have miscarriage 2 weeks ago, and I have a serious backpain it's difficult also to breath, so Im searching an axercise that can ease my back pain and I saw this video. I try every morning after I wake and thanks God no more back pain and it helps me a lot to recover faster...until now I do this as my morning routine💗

I will start today for the coming 7 days. My current weight is : 86 Day 1: Done. Day 2 : Done. I feel a burn in my tummy, arms, back sides and legs ❤️‍🔥💪🏻 Day 3 : Done. The exercise become more easy Day 4 : Done. Burn in my arms and back. The exercise become more enjoyable Day 5 : Done. Today I fell my belly blow become less + I lost 1 kg. 85 Day 6 : Done. Day 7 : Done 😍💪🏻 I loved the result I will do it for 1 more month 👌🏻 I will keep updating daily to encourage others 💪🏻 راح ابدا اليوم لمدة ٧ ايام الجاية . وزني الحالي ٨٦ اليوم 1 : تم. اليوم 2 : تم. بديت احس بعضلات البطن والاذرع وجوانب الظهر والرجل ❤️‍🔥💪🏻 اليوم 3 : تم. التمرين صار اسرع واريح اليوم 4 : تم. احس بعضلات الذارعين والتمرين صار ممتع بدون تعب اليوم 5 : تم.استمتعت بالتمرين و احس انتفاخ بطني قل كثييير + نزلت كيلو واحد صار ٨٥ اليوم 6 : تم . اليوم 7 : تم. 😍💪🏻 حبيت النتيجة يا بنات وبستمر عليها شهر كامل بإذن الله راح احط التحديثات يوميا بإذن الله عشان نشجع بعض يا بنات💪🏻

Highly recommend I do 1000 jump ropes everyday then after this 30 min👍 It really working out🥰 just for one week doing it, Looking forward soon🥰

I just found this vid today and I'm going to start and I'll keep noting down my progress to motivate anyone who needs motivations. I'm 160cm tall and I'm overweight for my height. Update _ 15 of July 2022 I did it to the 22 min and then I couldn't go on my body is aching all over and I only had breakfast and lunch . Dinner is off the table since I stop eating at 7 pm untill the next day I just drink water to satiate the hunger we'll see how it goes

I've been doing it for 8 days now I took a break in between , it's going well so far I feel like my waist is more defined a little bit, I have it lost that much of my wieght because I'm not following a strict diet however I feel good and refreshed

Знаете, что, ребята... Кто сходу выдерживает это с таким же задором и темпом- респект и уважуха! Я год как вернулась на групповой фитнес, в зале 3-4 раза в неделю. Но тут через 10 минут уже готова была сдаться. Как выдержала эти полчаса- сама не знаю.😂 Буду продолжать, хочу посмотреть на результат!
