So yeah I snaked you guys. You already know we weren't just going to slap in a used engine. Though it would be most profitable, this channel is a DIY channel and we push ourselves to get better and better.

I know im 2 years late to the party but at 6:15 you got the camshafts identified wrong. The area of the camshaft gear where theres a mark is the identifier for that cam. So the cam you called Exhaust is marked on the intake portion, and the same for the other cam. So, your intake cam is actually on the intake side and the exhaust cam is on the exhaust side. Not sure if that part was a joke or not but there are gonna be some rookies looking at this video and get wrong information.

you didn't apply oil between the case and new bearing did you? "A" points to the inner surface, not outer.

If there is a tear in the crank case from a thrown rod Should I replace the whole engine?

You can rebuild it depending on how bad the crank is. Our sponsors on eBay jetmotorsportsmidwest has a case that should work

If I remember correctly you should be able to rotate the crankshaft to pull the piston down as far as possible and the bolt should be accessible.
