ZZP Cobalt SS on the dyno 241hp 239tq 2.7 inch pulley

ZZPerformance stage 3 kit. 2.7" pulley, 60# injectors, ZZP tune, one step colder plugs, shorter belt, ZZP stage 3 heat exchanger, ZZP headers and downpipe with magnaflow cat, full custom 2.5" magnaflow exhaust.

i have the zzp stage 3 also. i dont have any numbers yet as im waiting on a better tune, but yea, 241 seems a bit low. you should be somewhere around 260ish from what ive read. what cooling mods do you have?

Yea I was gonna say, I dyno 256whp/236wtq on my dyno run. I had a ill more then you. But u should have more then that.. Def look into cooling you iat2 temps. And increasing the efficiency of your coolant system. That 2.7" pulley at WOT runs up your iat2 temps, prob is that if you get any knocknat the high RPGs, you PCM will pull timing away from you too prevent it and you will loose top end, and probably not even know that you are. That why your car noticeably runs better when it's cold vice dr

241 does seem low man. im running ZZP stage 2 w/ 3 in pulley, dual bypass, header and stock cat back exhaust. I dynoed at 269hp 233 tq. you may do better to increase the size of your pulley untill you do more mods. anything under 3.0 really should be accompanied by cams.

Really late on this. But some cams will put you right under 300 if not over. Your pulley is way too small for your mod list
