உள்மூச்சு மூன்று எண்ணிக்கை வெளிமூச்சு ஆறு. ஐந்து முறை. நாடிசுத்தி. இடதில் ஆரம்பித்து இடதில் முடிக்கவும். ஐந்து முறை. சீதளி. குளிர்ச்சி பிராணாயாமம். ஐந்து முறை. பிராம்மரி. நாக்கை மேல் அன்னத்தில் வைத்து ம் ஐந்து முறை.

Thanks for this video. Yoga is union…. I understand more the benifits of yoga. I do yoga 2 times a week for 3 years now. It helps me to stay calm and focus. Personally, in my opinion, we need a healthy and whole food to have a healthy mind and body too. Namaste 🙏
