These 3 men are a few years older than the Beatles - and I am sure that the Beatles - in their early melodic period - had heard of the Bachelors - I see how John Lennon ,George Harrison and Paul McCartney sound somewhat like the vocals blend -

People having a fag and a pint while watching a pretty woman with a lovely voice, it was paradise, sadly now lost forever thanks to left wing fascists dressed as liberals

Let's see. That's Kenny and John Bennett, obviously. Andy Cooper isn't there yet, the clarinetist is Dave Jones, so it has to be before 1967. Vic Pitt is on the bass so it's after 1959. The pianoman is Ron Weatherburn, but he didn't leave until 1969 so that doesn't tell us anything. Going out on a bit of a limb, I'd say some time after 1963, the year they starred in Live It Up!, because the hairdos are less "pompadour".
