What violent crimes do you think edged weapons are most advantageous for self defense?

Yeah.. Here's the problem with "braniacs" that try to determine what's an appropriate response.. Things can go bad for anyone at any time. How many people have died or become permantly incapacitated by a simple punch or a fall from being struck by a punch? You bring in an edged weapon, and the tool changes the game. Don't start trouble, and you won't usually find it. "Mess with the bull , face the horns."

Obviously avoiding a situation is the goal unless you have no choice keep walking. Usually a person that has training gives off a sense of strength not weakness lessening the chances an attacker will choose them. But it’s getting to the point that you need to know the law upfront in these situations and make sure if you wind up in court you go in with the best lawyer possible
