I noticed that most cases with maggots wounds are from INDIA and AFRICÀ. in Africa I learned its the larvae of botfly from bites . It embedded in the skin that's why they squeeze it out. But I saw one video of a tourist that got a bump on the head when she woke up. Then she feels her back is very itchy and reddish. She applied a lot of antibiotics but still becomes bigger. A friend on vacation on the same African country gave her Vaseline petroleum jelly ànd apply it on the sore as she had done before too. Then, after a few minutes, the larvae came out one by one. They even used some tweezer to pluck out some. For only a few days, the maggots are already big. In India I saw a very hygienic way of cleaning the wounds free of maggots. They apply a certain oil around the wounds and the maggots came out, hundreds and hundreds of them. Then they clean the wound ŵith saline water ànd pluck out the remaining that got stuck on the skin. Then they treated the wounds and cover it with bandage.
