One of the best exercises I've found to get the small gluteal muscles firing simultaneously as glut max so abductors and rotators working at the same time. Your bottom will be on fire.
Try to keep feet fully dorsiflexed, legs completely straight, and no touching the bottom to the ground (this keeps glute max firing)
