H E L P ..... ANYONE ...... Some of my graphite portrait customers frame their own drawings instead of having them professionally framed and so you and I know that many of those drawings will not be archival for many reasons. I want to know if I can safely draw on a more permanent surface like stretched canvas or gessobord panels? The main reason is that often a portrait will be handed down for generations "if" it survives as it originally appears.
