You show two small scoops of the spice mix but say 1/4 teaspoon of mix. Is it really a half teaspoon since you do two scoops?

When you say 1 and ½ tbsp cumin and coriander, is it a mixture? Or it's supposed to be 1 and ½ tbsp cumin, along with 1 and ½ tbsp coriander?
