The EASIEST Ethiopian Minced Meat Filling I FAXÎRA BASAR I SAMBUSA BASAR I HarariCooks

Faxîra basar (minced beef filling). This recipe can also be used for a beef sambusa filling and other pastries.
Ingredients:
500g minced beef
1 medium onions
3/4 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin and coriander mix
1/4 tsp korarîma (false cardamom)
2 green chilies
