Nice presentation, very digest for a new people in that proces. For Palm only is necessary Blanch and Deodorizer. And the mount of phosphoric acid and blanchin land are different. Thanks.

Mam in the neutralization step Removal of free fatty acid to increase the smoke point of oil you said to decrease the smoke point of oil. The more FFAs an oil has, the faster it will break down and start smoking. Refined oils usually have less than 0.05% FFAs, which results in a higher smoke point.

Lactose gets broken down when milk becomes curd. So that some lactose intolerant people can have curd. Lactose intolerance is like a spectrum.
