You put the horisontal drainage pipe the wrong way around. The female, wider end, the one with the rubber ring inside should always be on the higher end.

@@michaelboalch The problem is that this way you have to rely on that rubber seal ring to prevent leaking which will be constantly exposed to moisture. It could also be a point for clogging up at every joint. It depends on what you want to drain. It's good that it's in the ground so you won't notice any leaks. It will be a little difficult if you want to mount a toilet on the inside because you have to put a 90 degree bend with the female end on top, so you have to join 2 male ends. You will have to warm the pipe in the ground to widen it so it can receive a make end and glue them together.

Hi Rosie, the pump is the Steinbach 40921 and we have a Bestway above ground filter and regular pool hoses. I hope that helps! Thank you

EXCELLENT work as it takes a very long time to renovate any OLD building. It takes great effort and enormous energy to do the entire house. Given about 5 years you will have it comfortable and hopefully more to your liking. All the very best. 🇬🇧💕
