Its super easy to kill him without console commands. Use the chinese stealth suit and kill him with the alien blaster while hes in his office and close the door. It will say cauntion but that fades in a few seconds and after that no one will no you did it. Or you can use the chinese stealth suit to make yourself invisible and turn him into ash while you are upstairs and move back some and you still won't get caught.

When I play fallout new Vegas I put points into barter as early as possible as one of the ways that I make money is to fix weapons and sell them at full condition so the higher your barter skill the more money you make from the fixed weapons and you also get things a lot cheaper as well it's worth getting barter up to 75 as soon as you can along with science and repair which I consider to be the three most important skills

So I'm playing New Vegas for the first time (getting towards the end), and I JUST found out about this place. I stocked up my anti material ammo, got a sweet grenade launcher from nuking the Legion. And I'm FULLY loaded with mini nukes. I head my way over to the promontory, and there's NO deathclaws. Not a single one! I wanted to try out all my sick weapons, but I guess I can't conplain.

What’s crazy is the bobble heads in FO4 are spread across the entire map and are normally at the end of a dungeon and take considerable effort to get while in NV 5/7 you can reasonably get before you ever talk to House, and ALL of them can be gotten without a fight. Basically a free 14k caps ontop of the casinos and GRN doubles and triples down on how ludicrous the economy is in NV
