In the first book, she was the queen of virtue signaling, humored the Dothraki but never really joined or respected them, and stupidly let dark magic into her inner circle. Secondly, she’s very much her father’s daughter with the grandiose ideas for her people but no concrete plan on how to actually achieve those ideas for the betterment of all involved (ie saving women WHILE BEING SAed, instead of telling her husband this wasn’t how she was going to earn her throne OR not going to the damn village, let her riders do as they choose and take those lessons to Westeros to ensure women there never face those perils). She has no education on her home other than what her psycho brother taught her and she’s naive as shit (ie mirri will help me bc i saved her, but not realizing she’d been SAed 3 times prior and her temple was burned). Aria just killed poliver then bumped into samwise and gilley in bravos Brianne got done with a fight with biter and biter made her that much uglier by biting her cheek off in the fight. Season 8 was never in the books George RR Martin decided to go to a paradise Island and hang with the native girls after the 5th .
