My 73 year old body really enjoyed this class. I liked the usage of the props in the poses. You have a lovely, soothing voice which provided calmness 🧘🏻♀️🫶🏻.

These 40 minutes were really good. The cushion made it easier to relax, as it took away the strength of the positions. It was easier. I hope that makes sense❤
