I am a tall guy with long fingers and i love the Mustang P90 guitar. The neck feels solid and the c shape is just perfect. The short scale enables for amazing bends, it is the same size as a BMG. The Mustang has become my guitar of choice, i choose it over my Tele.

I bought this guitar in October 2023, it is 500 dollars now but still a great deal. Love those P-90's, they remind me of my telecaster. The bound neck is really nice too once you get used to the thickness of it. I got a Gibson LP Junior recently and I like the Epi Special almost as much.

Let’s face it- guitar players look for a certain sound and most have a different opinion listening to the same sound. The facts however, the people you’re playing for can’t tell the difference in a $500 guitar and a $5000 guitar. To an audience, Hendricks could make this Classic Vibe sound like a $10,000 PRS.

Its crazy how much deeper his voice got as he aged. Never think much about how good of a singer he was. He and Mike always nailed the harmony Beatles level.

The DLR album "Eat'em And Smile" is easily one of the greatest Rock n Roll albums in history. The musicians, lyrics, everything about that collection of songs is incredible. In my opinion it's better than anything DLR did with Van Halen. And I don't care what anyone else thinks, Steve Vai is a FAR better guitar player than EVH was. Eddy was an innovator, but he was a part of the band. Vai tours as the attraction and does very well.

Near end of demo the Achilles heel of Precision bass shows up as a big fret fart. A FRETLESS WONT DO THAT. If I had to choose between fretted necks going into direct inject to house, pick the preamplified battery bass and curb your enthusiasm as you always must with any bass in an on platform scenario. Best solution - ask to borrow an Italian vintage double bass to get rid of pick noise AND nasal intonations.

Let’s be clear, David is one of the best frontmen to ever grace a stage next to Jim Morrison and also he had more business sense than Eddie or Alex and as you know music too survive has to be a business at some point.

Great revue! Have just picked up the 3 tone colour burst model. Love the alnico 2 humbuckers as they produce rhythm sound in the middle position. Great fun to play and it’s the perfect balance of Stratocaster and Les Paul.

I think one would always miss a P bass in the " collection " while a Stingray, and active in general, is more of a bonus and an acquired taste of some sort, when you want to add a personnalized touch to your style. Exploring. If I had to go backward I'd pick a P as my first bass, no question about it ( instead of my jazz ) and a Stingray design as a second spot.

I have a bullet tele in black and I love it. It did have a rough neck when I first got it had sharp fret ends, but after 5 months of playing it the neck feels great after being broken in.

I swapped the original pick guard for a white pearl one. It has gone through two packs of 38-8 EB Slinky Cobalt strings and needed intonation on the low E because it was a tad sharp.

The Mustang is also good for beat up old men. I played a monster Martin acoustic for 52 years but I can't reach around it anymore. But my Mustang is much easier to wrestle with.
