You can always change. There are people starting businesses and running their first marathon at 60-70. Age is not an excuse. Besides from that I agree with the rest of the video. Great content as always.

I understand what he’s trying to say. But I think the more precise answer is that everyone differs. Some people need that hunger and drive from wanting to be the best, and they use it like a carrot on a stick. Whether or not they become the best is irrelevant, shoot for the moon, land in the stars. What’s important is that they knew they gave it their all. Other people are happy with going throughout life knowing they will never over achieve in any field and prefer to live a life of predictability and comfort. Which is fine too. Everyone has their own unique experiences and perspectives.
