Nice sound, boosted by AI, but poor manufacturing quality. Silicone tip torn when changing tips, only 5 days after purchase. Samsung has committed to sending replacement tips that I never received. After 20 days of waiting, Samsung's customer service told me that it had lost track of the package and advised me to keep waiting without offering myself a concrete solution. Headphones to be discouraged because of the poor quality of manufacturing and the pitiful management of Samsung customer service. At this rate, there are better alternatives on the market. 👎👎👎
