I'm another who dislikes Fury after not paying Wilder step aside money to avoid the trilogy and get the undisputed fight with Joshua. Then calling out AJ when he was at his lowest (well now 2nd lowest!). Then playing games to avoid Usyk for over a year. I believe Usyk is superior to Fury in skill and mind. I believe Usyk has maintained his body better over his career. I believe that Usyk has the strength and jujitsu skills to take away the ability for Fury to wrestle and lean. Usyk has the footwork to get inside and then the speed to beat Fury in the phone box. However, I think Fury is going to gamble and try to time Usyk on the way in AND throw when Usyk throws. I think because it is his game plan, it will pay off this time. The game plan is to hurt Usyk early and then either continue that and win by knockout in the middle rounds or win on points as Usyk gives up rounds. So, despite thinking that Usyk is the clear favourite, and without confidence, based 100% on a gut feeling, I think Fury will win this with a middle round stoppage or by points. Perhaps I'm just a nervous Usyk fan!! Because, like you said Usyk is just better, but my gut says this will be Fury win.

Amazing video. What i want to mention is john fury was to involved in the 1st fight im not saying that's why usyk won but it didn't help. But im not saying he will beat usyk the reason im saying that is because usyk is not been beaten. To be honest i don't know who will win.

The biggest advantages that Fury has are that now he's aware of the power that Usyk possesses and he knows where Usyk's head will be when he goes for those body shots early in the fight. The biggest advantages for Usyk are that he knows he can hurt Fury and that he can take some of his best punches. I honestly don't know who wins but I feel like regardless someone is absolutely getting stopped. I don't think that Fury will be able to turn the clock in terms of his stamina and footspeed from a decade ago, so he might be looking to say fuck it and put a beating on Usyk. Either Fury in the first 6 or Usyk by late stoppage.

I’m taking usyk by another competitive, but clear decision win. I’m a fan of both guys, and i want fury to win because he’s the one that made me a fan of boxing. It’s just hard for me to see fury winning enough rounds to get a decision, and I think usyk’s chin can hold up against fury’s best shots, even if he’s at a heavier weight. I could also see usyk getting the stoppage win, but fury’s recovery skills make it hard for me to believe it won’t go the distance. Usyk by decision- either 7-5 or 8-4 with another 10-8 round along the way

I bet Usyk via split Decision in the first fight and got it spot on. I've backed Fury by KO this time. I believe there's a good chance Fury can stop him this time. Draw your own conclusions.
@zalamael5 сағат бұрын
Whether people worship Fury or hate him, doesn't change the fact his footwork isn't as good as it used to be, and he tires after time and damage, making him slower and easier to hit over time. Also, he crosses his feet too much and ends up going down too easily (although he recovers really fast). I see this as Usyk via unanimous, I think he will do more work than last time, and get 2-3 knockdowns. He will need to if he wants to take it out of the hands of potentially bent judges. I don't think he will knock Fury out, and I can't see the ref stopping it (as Fury will recover quickly enough during the count), and I can't see Fury putting Uysk down, so this is highly likely to go the distance. And Uysk is highly likely to win it on points. It is just a question of whether it is a split, majority or unanimous. I'm betting on unanimous, but I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a majority or a split due to a bent judge. For Usyk, he doesn't just need to win, he needs to make it an overwhelming victory to keep the judges honest and shut up Fury's BS afterwards.

Fury wasn't disliking being the favourite v Chisora3 - he was annoyed that he was getting accused of cherry picking & having a fight that nobody wanted. A blind man on a galloping horse could see that Joshua was washed up coming in to the Dubois fight. Garcia was on the juice & failed to make weight v Haney. Usyk is going to beat Fury by stoppage.

Furys chin aint holding up forever and he took a massive beating in that last one and was saved by the ref. He doesnt even look good physically coming into this one. Anyones got a punchers chance but outside a fluke KO his only path imo is a blatant robbery as he aint out pacing Usyk for 12 rds. It was a clear 8-4 in their last fight not even counting the knock down. I have Usyk by KO 7-12 and if he doesnt find it, hes most likely getting robbed
@zalamael4 сағат бұрын
Fury is hard to keep down though. All Uysk has to do is put him down enough times to make it impossible for the judges to score it in Fury's favour. 3 knockdowns in 3 separate rounds should do it I reckon. Hard to say though after the last fight where one judge somehow managed to score it as Fury winning, that was ridiculous. Saying that though, as far as I know, Usyk isn't signed up contractually for a 3rd fight, so if they want a trilogy, they can't afford to screw him over with a robbery. This is his legacy we are talking about, if he loses his unbeaten record due to bent judges, no one would blame him for saying no to a 3rd fight, and that would cost them a LOT of money. There will be demand for it, people still paid to watch Fury vs Wilder 3, even though there was no real point in it.

It's fascinating that no experienced or 'mainstream' commentator or even one of we actual fighters have not commented that Usyk is false when he claims that he doesn't want to hurt anyone or wants fighters to go home unhurt to their families, etc. Usyk, ABSOLUTELY was trying to HURT (whatever word one wants to use), Fury in the first fight. In fact, including actually losing the fight, this is partly why Fury is so POd issuing short media statements as to what he will do in rematch. I always find it fascinating as to why there is intellectual dishonesty especially in the art of pugilism or MMA or hand hand combat arts bc true warriors, especially highly paid boxing champs like Usyk Fury, KNOW EXACTLY why how or why not when engaging opponents.
