It always makes me sad to see this. I wanted to ask you a question: does living according to society's standards of beauty really make you happy? What do you not like about yourself that makes you restrict yourself so much in your diet? I'm not saying to eat anything, but enjoy life. Are you planning on continuing this masquerade of suffering for much longer? Honestly, I don't want to be mean, but it makes me sad to see you like this. I hope this obsession will stop one day, because honestly, it's just deplorable.

Hey guys, if someone is suffering from an ED, you shouldnt say “youll gain the weight back when you eat normal again”. Seriously, this person will never want to recover if you say things like that. + for everyone to know, not everyone on earth live in a 1st world country and not everyone can walk “10k steps a day” “waking up early to take an hot girl walk” “doing pilates at home”. Some countries are dangerous esp. for woman to go on a walk.

아니 이게 뭐야…. 이렇게 먹으면 당연히 살 잘 빠지죠.. 근데 유지 기간에는 다시 요요올게 뻔하고 영양성분도 충분히 섭취가 안돼서 탈모나 부작용도 심할 것 같아 보이는데…걱정되네요 그냥 이건 붓기 뺴는걸로밖에 안보이는데..
