@@pazi88 Sharper camshafts are those with a longer stroke. Are the Schrick 248* camshafts as original or do they have a larger stroke?

@@Tube634 single vanos - 210, dual vanos -211. But because dual vanos mls gasket is 1mm thinner, those are efectively equal.

@@pazi88 I ended up getting ML, 77B and 482. Btw, before applying the bitumen, did you also sand down the rest (non rusty) of the original coating on the whole underside of the sills? Or did you just clean it and apply it over the original coating. I'm worried about small rust spots laying under that original coating and continuing to rust without me seeing it because of the newly applied bitumen.

You need NCS expert and NCS dummy for it. There's quite many coding tutorials in YT. But you need to at least code the instrument cluster and EWS to manual.

@@deez023 Well that fully depends what kind of mapping (and drive mode) is used in the transmission. But the problems in those n-series engines are in many cases caused by the too long oil change periods that BMW uses

@@pazi88 sure, mapping really makes a different, I am just saying that it's shouldn't be mapped like BMW does it (I believe it always keeps the engine in 1200-1400 range). Regarding the bearings, yes it's a complex problems, drain intervals, smaller tolerances, higher power output, lower rpm, low viscosity oils, block rigidity etc.
