If you can keep to the general @$2k/ month, im rough guestimating you only have 6 to 8 months left on Nelnet #4. With actual calculations, it could even be sooner. Im guessing that 8 months ago when you started in October '23 you may have wished, you may have wanted, but that you didnt have the internal realization you could have gotten this far in just 8 months.

Because Nelnet compounds interest each and every day, every day you can shave on a payment benefits you. As you move past student loan #4, remember that most debt still uses a daily average one way or another when assessing interest. It could be based upon a daily average over the previous payment period or some other similar method. The bottom line is that the soomer you can make your payments, the better off you will be interest wise.

I totally related to what you said at the end about sacrificing and how it's low-key become an obsession! I also don't know if obsession is the correct word, but I relate 100% to that feeling of satisfaction with seeing the numbers go down!

6:40 love my running beltssss 13:13 I am proud of you too!❤❤ Thanks for being vulnerable. I like to keep various goals, so I always feel like I am working towards something. I also like the flexibility to turn completely off on days that I don’t want to do anything. Now that my kids are grown, I have that ability. I love to travel-it’s in my channel name, so that is a normal coping mechanism but that has propelled me into debt, so I’ve had to learn how to budget to avoid credit cards❤❤
