As I said before, I can't vouch for any of the Akaso products anymore as I don't know if they switched the internals for cheaper parts like the V50X. For a little more money you can get the GoPro Hero 10 and have a great camera that will outperform any of these budget cameras. Hope that helps

Yes the Akaso V50 Pro was a good camera, but I can't speak to it now as I don't know if Akaso changed the internals on all their cameras.

Hey Ian ! This little e-bike is a blast and my wife really loved it and was surprised at how comfortable it was. It only takes 3-4 hours to charge up so not bad at all as my ONEBOT takes a solid 7-8 hours to charge up. Super light as well. Enjoy Miami and welcome to the U.S. heat lol

Currently down in Tavernier. Beautiful place. Hot as furnace. Us Brits can’t take heat. I actually sat with 6 manatees two days ago in Islamorado. Been looking every time I’ve come here for them and like English buses, you wait for hours, and then 6 turn up! Also hand fed tarpon at Robbie’s. Arm and all….. massive things. Canoe of Everglades today. Like being in a jungle here ….. osprey nesting outside my apartment and these amazing little cardinals. You’d need an electric bike here. I couldn’t peddle for longer than 10 seconds!!

@@WORTHITORNOT I'm not sure that my insight is that deep, but I did have a good career in high tech corporate sales, and before that, electronic components. I also talked to lots of factories and designed my own products with a Chinese manufacturer in the past, although not in the sound field. Mic design in China seems to first go through a studio (that's what Chinese call it), something like a small design lab. That lab is in touch with a bunch of component manufacturers, and they piece together parts and design the package according to customer requirements. Once complete, the design goes to a larger company for mass production. Expect design leaks at this stage, also expect the studio to try and sell the design or configuration to other customers. And you end up with fairly close releases of multiple brand products with similar performance and capabilities, in a different package (I think the same goes for many action cam brands, except for the three big players). And of course this happens all over the electronics field, including hair dryers, air conditioners etc... Rode was created around a Chinese Neumann mic clone 🤣

Oh and how incredible is it in 2024 that not a single brand has been able to design a charging case that holds all the accessories? (wind muffs, cables, clips) Amazing!🤣🤣🤣

My original one was from 2019, the new one in this video is a 2023 version, but a lot of people still say the 2024 version is also garbage.

@WORTHITORNOT if you see that there is a new one and the difference is clearly seen in the box the new version instead of putting that it is an aquatic camera puts some of Eis 2.0 and brings the gyroscope two code the logo of the battery in green and not how many more improvements

No I'm not, I'm just using the stabilization that the camera produces although it's no where as good as the old original V50X
