I have been eating carnivore for the past 30 months in the exception of black coffee. Basically just beef and eggs. Have been very energetic since and able to gain muscles even at the age of 53. Couldn't recall when I last fall sick! Unimaginable benefit eating this way. Regretted not knowing this 30 years ago...

I remember they also used to include 珍珠豆which is pretty hard to source nowadays so hawkers just omitted it.

You really should compare this with the Toa Payoh lor 8 hawker “secret” kway chap that opens on some days from like 5-6am till about 8am then sells out.

This is Scramble oily eggs......paying minimum $6 for such oily stuff ? All those good, expert fry oyster hawkers , if there are still alive ( in their late 80s or 90++ ) will laugh at this .

i dont, feels shady. because the natural assumption is you're paying for 500g of bak kwa meat.. they could've stated the packaging cost as an optional top up.

@@tommyfield8449 bruh this is bak kwa.. they are custom packed after grilling. You can even get them the shops to pack it in how any pcs per packaging,. Most sellers pack them in waxed paper, then put themin a vacuum sealed bag that can be ziplocked again. Have you bought bak kwa before?

Bro, mutton soup is either you like or dislike because of the strong favour , I love mutton soup but this one has zero favour , and I travelled so far to eat it , but end of the day it’s not what was expected … it’s over rated and to me, it’s tasteless and expensive . Well… to be fair food palate is subjective , but definitely I’ve taste better ones …

whatever pork product...ShengSiong is the best really, good quality, gcounter staff knowledge , good selection and reasonable price. NTUC is the worst really(for pork products)

I'm surprised that there are not more hawker stalls selling Sarawak Laksa in SIN. After all, SIN is so close to Sarawak. Just import the Swallow (or Eagle) brandedsambal laksa paste and voila, here's your Sarawak Laksa.

Hi Greg, love your videos and thanks for sharing about your health journey. Im reaching out to get some advice. I've been on carnivore for close to 3 weeks. Beef, butter, eggs, bacon, salt, water w electrolytes. I haven't had much progress on weight loss. Lost 3kg since I started (97 to 94kg). Weight loss has been stagnant for a week. My daily diet consists of: Breakfast: 6 to 8 eggs and sometimes 3 to 4 rashers of bacon Afternoon Snack: sometimes 1 to 3 hardboiled eggs, black coffee Dinner: 400g of striploin, about 30g of unsalted butter, About 4litres+ of water per day Minimal weekly exercise Question I know im supposed to eat till I'm satiated but im wondering how true this is and if my daily calorie intake is too high for my level of activity. Would you have any advice or opinion on this?

How much fat are you taking….? Is 30g of butter the only thing you are taking? You need fat to keep yourself satiated. In the initial phase, you will consume a lot of food because your body is craving nutrition. After a while, your body will demand less food and start to let go of retained fat storage because it realises that food is in abundance. In short, the more fat you eat, the more weight you lose. Give it three months before you start assessing.

Pig blood and lung, my two favourite ingredients in the dish are missing, that’s my biggest disappointment in this dish. 😢I grew up in Tiong Bahru, obviously you know which stall I mean
