Can you make a Ultimate Pcb that contains a connector for : 6 players, 3 trackballs and two spinners. because there are games like X-Man and Ninja Turtle Shredder's Revenge that can have 6 players, and there are also games like Sega Sonic in mame arcade where three players play with a three trackballs. I want to make a big arcade Machine, but so far I can't find a board with these features unless I buy it separately, like IPAC2 x3.

Did you build the cabinet from scratch? What kind of wood is used? Looks like some form of MDF with a coating?

I've been looking for ideas on bottom mounting joysticks for my new build and the M4 threaded inserts sound perfect. What are the length of your inserts and how much thickness do you have remaining in your control panel after routing to support them? PS Thanks for all you put out, I am loving learning from you.

I am building a virtual pinball as well, also trying to max it out. As you usually seem to find always the best parts available, I am relieved that you picked a lot of same parts as I did. What did you choose for the SSF? My one is fold-able though, hence much less construction space. Apart from the chimes I fit almost all in nevertheless. Of course I have to stay with solenoids. However, nice to see how you bring your perfectionism now to virtual pinball. I am sure this will become one of the absolute best in existence and am excited to follow the story

Do both boards need to have firmware flashed? (Separately, one at a time) or just the "second" PAC board?
@TheDanielSpies_Arcades13 күн бұрын
Only the second Ipac board. Make sure you open WinIpac as administrator(!) or the flashing will not work 👍🏼

Nice nice work! I don't like the preset mode 5 on all the IPAC: if you store keys on mode 1 and then switch to mode 5 for storing a new configuration in Xinput mode for gamepad, if you return to mode 1 manually with shift + sw1 for 10 sec, it doesn't maintain configuration stored on mode 1, but, the last stored on mode 5. mode 5 is not a real preset
@TheDanielSpies_Arcades18 күн бұрын
Thanks! You can maybe send Andy (Ultimarc) an email about this? He might be able to help?
@000DANIELSAN00018 күн бұрын
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcadesalready talked with Andy. He confirmed what i said. Mode 5 is not a real preset. The board only stores ONE manual preset. Only way is switching user presets via command line. It works, nice for switch from mode 1 (keyb) to mode 5 (xinput user) BUT, the switch from mode 5 to mode 1 via command line TAKES..FROM 15 TO 18 SEC !!!!!! with frontend...is unaccettable!! Was better to do this manually pressing shift and sw1 or sw5 for 10 sec but...there is only ONE REAL PRESET: no solution

Just started my youtube channel and must say after editing my first video, i´m impressed by your videos and work. The amount of time it take to build something and then at the same time film it, takes alot of patience and dedication. I´m so impressed! I actually filmed 4-5 build i made and finally started to editing the shots. One of my first builds about 8 years ago was actually a Virtual Pinball. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! Yes, people forget how much effort it takes to film and edit everything indeed.. Will check out your channel soon! Thanks, Daniel

What software are you using to run the arcade machines and display different images on different displays? And does it immediately go into arcade mode when it turns on or does it load into windows first and you have to open an application? (Sorry if this was answered in a different video, I couldn’t find it haha)

Not Mamehooker, Ledblinky! It is super easy :-)

@TheDanielSpies_Arcades yep got led blinky to work. But with mamehooker you can get the buttons to react to damage, indicate lives left, clubs etc. ipac2 and pacled64 non issues but this board, it won't work :(

Top notch setup! Arnoz parts are premium! This is the way! Looking forward seeing the progress and youf final build. I highly recommend Turning beacons, in my opinion a must have effect and supported by many tables, also i was impressed about fans blowing at the player (from original tables like Whirlwind), so i installed two in my vpin, doubles the fun believe me, especially when friends playing an not expecting facing a storm ;-)

You are killing me, I will finally be able to finish my retro arcade cabinet as the pearl Ultimarc trackballs are back in stock and now you show me a great looking pinball cabinet. As having 3 real pinball games, I hated other virtual cabinets because they dont have the feel of a real pinball game but with you adding all the solenoids it would feel pretty real. I might have to add it to my list. Thank you for all your videos.
